I Moved to Boston in 1974 and have lived in Cambridge for over 20 years. I was teaching ESL at several universities but most recently and
continuously, for several years at Boston University. I Am now on long-term disability.

Favorite Teachers: Eloise Fick and William Chisholm, hands down
 

Memories:       Senior prom was a beautiful experience – the days when
                      getting in trouble meant passing  notes in class.

                      (My God,  how the world has changed!)                     

                       Being relegated to the back corner of the classroom

                       by Mr. Chisholm for having created a little  mischief.        

                      Actually, it was pretty peaceful back here – until he

                      started grilling with questions, of course. Nonetheless

                      quite amusing, even comical.

I’m so sad I can’t come. Do you feel like incorporating that little New
Yorker cartoon into any pamphlet/handout etc? Maybe too much work and not appealing. But it could be my little gift to the class – or at least
to you guys.
