I am happily retired after 22 years as an entrepreneur in the software business.  After a few too many marriages (probably not unrelated to my profession), my “significant other” is Carol Tambor, who is an artist specializing in portraits.

We split our time between an apartment in New York (on 5th Avenue, of all places for a Minnesota boy) and a house on Candlewood lake in Connecticut.  Candlewood is a reasonable substitute for Christmas Lake, particularly with my 1940 Chris Craft and a 1942 Herreshoff sailboat.  In New York, we partake heavily in theater, ballet and movies, while in Connecticut I partake in my hammock as much as

My favorite high school memory is the Christmas costume party from our senior year.  Everyone had great costumes, including Mike Lowery who came as a Christmas Tree and had to keep plugging himself into the nearest wall outlet.
